Digestive Pain – What Causes Painful Bloating, Gas and Indigestion?
Do you suffer from seemingly endless digestive pain? Do you know why this is? The most common cause of frequent digestive pain is in fact not as obvious as you would think, in fact the very fact that you have chronic painful bloating is a tell-tale sign that something you’re doing or eating is creating this problem. It is in fact incredibly rare less than 5% of cases where a persons pain is not caused by the individuals own habits.
The 3 Main Causes of Digestive Pain
#1: Undiagnosed Food Sensitivities – Commonly included in this category are dairy, wheat, soy and corn. Sugar also increases your susceptibility to having a reaction as it negatively impacts immune function. If you avoid foods for just 1 week you’ll notice a tremendous difference in your digestive ability and a reduction or complete elimination of all digestive pain. If you think you can’t live without any of these foods for 1 week, #1. That’s complete and utter BS, #2. Then these foods are definitely a problem for you!
#2: Parasites – Often thought to only exist in 3rd world countries, if you frequently have digestive pain and you have even changed your diet and you still have pain. Then it’s time to start doing some serious parasite elimination, since one of the most common symptoms associated with parasites is a pain that doesn’t go away. On the flip side of this is the next cause is even more likely to be causing digestive pain for you unknowingly.
#3: Candida – Inside all of us is a balance of bacteria and many other micro-organisms all looking for their place in the world they call our bodies. Candida Albicans is a yeast that exists in the majority of the population. It’s purpose is to basically continue growing and developing. When your body’s defences are down and Candida is left alone to grow it will overgrow so much that your joints will start hurting and you’ll barely be able to think enough to speak coherently. Most commonly however it all begins with digestive pain that doesn’t go away.
To eliminate this digestive pain you must focus on destroying the overgrowth before it destroys you. As the more time Candida is given to overgrow the more pain, gas, bloating and other symptoms will be able to develop. A Candida overgrowth is no laughing matter, in fact it has now been discovered that Cancer develops through the exact same methods that Candida overgrows. In fact in one study, every Cancer patient who died had a Candida overgrowth developed inside of them, is it a coincidence? I think not!For more information about Digestive Pain, visit Digestive Pain Treatment page
