Hypoglycemia Diet Plan

Hypoglycemia occurs when blood sugar (glucose) goes too low in the body. Glucose levels should be between 70-150mg. Glucose gets into our bodies through food that is consumed, particularly carbohydrates. Insulin and glucagon regulate glucose in our bodies. Hypoglycemia may occur sporadically throughout a person’s life or it may be associated with diabetes. It may also be an indicator of other serious health problems. Eating certain foods can help control hypoglycemia.
