I wanted to be a believer, I really did.  I saw the ads in the paper and I heard the radio advertisements that claim, “…it’s just that easy” and “…in just 30 minutes, we can eliminate the pathogens that cause toenail fungus…”  They are referring to their simple, effective 30-minute laser treatment that will cure toenail fungus.  

What they don’t mention in their ads is:

1) You must continue to use anti-fungal cream on your toes twice a day!  
2) The cost is $1,100 and is not covered by insurance.
3) You still have to wait 6 – 9 months for new, healthy nails to grow out

Let me net it out for you: it’s just not as simple and effective as the radio and newspaper ads make it sound.  You’re paying $1,100 and you still have to do the work yourself!  WTF?  I couldn’t find any documented studies on the Internet claiming that this laser treatment is effective.  

I went to my Podiatrist shortly after my consultation at Neat Feet and he said what’s really working with the patients who choose the laser treatment is the prescription creams they are putting on their toes twice a day.
