First , you got to cut down on the high sugar drinks, and drink WATER (6-8 bottles a day); that is key if you want to lose weight in two weeks fast.

So, how can you do that ? LIMIT your sodium (salt) intake to 1,000 Milligrams a day for the 14 days. By doing this, your body will not retain so much water causing you to lose a good 10-15 pounds.
